Spent the day at the PCC, loved it. Learned all about the cultural in and around the islands of Hawaii. loved this guy from Samoa, he could husk a coconut and start a fire! Wish I could climb a palm tree with just my bare feet, haha. Such cool wood carvings!

There was absolutely NO SLEEP, our first night in Hawaii... When you are from Arizona, believe me you know nothing about TSUNAMI's.. only flash floods and dust storms. I won a "blind date" contest on KNIX radio on Wednesday morning on my way to work. It was a intimate concert and lunch catered by Dave's BBQ. It was a suprise, and we were not told who it would be be until they walked in. It was a awesome group called "The Dirt Drifters". They were so good, very personable and fun. Colten and Zac were picked to play a game, at Joey & Brooke's dinner before their wedding. They had to take kleenex out of the box one by one with one hand. Pretty funny to watch, and they tied. Went to Clint Black with my friend Becky.... he played at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale. It was awesome, a small venue. I scored a guitar pick, so if you know me, it was great night of fun and right in my niche of life.... I LOVE concerts!

We had lunch with (Sis) Jean Shupe, she was a senior Sister Missionary in New Jersey. She and Colten sparked a great friendship. She used to live in Arizona and was here visiting her son and family. I had met her when she was here, before Colten finished his mission. We quickly became friends. She waited a long time to give her favorite return missionary a big HUG. I had a wonderful lunch,

On a busy Saturday morning, at Aardbark Grooming about 9:30 am, we experienced the loudest crash of glass, metal, undescrible, some thought it was a earth quake, who knows... but as it turned out, a car projected thru the front of my business, a customer thought she hit her brake.... NOT, it was her gas petal, and this was the result. WOW, we were blessed. Not a soul injured, not a animal hurt.

Easter Sunday is such a special day. I love that we get to listen to conference on that day to have the spirit with us all day long so that we can think about the true meaning of Easter, Christ's Resurrection. I love watching it. Everything about the church is so perfect and that's one thing I love about it. I am so grateful to have a living prophet on the earth today to give us counsel directly

My friend Mark got his africa animal "stuffings" back finally. So I love love love giraffe's. Well I actually like the real ones at the zoo, and not on walls, but thought it was actually pretty cool stuffed. This giraffe is so big, just had to have a couple of pictures of it, plus one of me so you could judge the size of that beauty.

My kitchen needed a cabinet makeover... bad. I have never been a fan of white washed oak, it is out of style. But did I have the $$$ for new cabinets... So I love to take the grandkids, oh and Logan too for ice cream. This was my last day, so I picked up the kids after school and we headed to Baskin & Robbins for some yummy ice cream. Why when it is 20 degrees would you get ice cream? Just cause we all love ice cream!

So, I got this idea to go to the local feed store and buy some sweet feed, and see if we could feed the deer..... well guess what? It worked. They were a little apprehensive, but after some coaxing, we had them eating out of our hands. It was so neat, like being in a deer park. They were so soft and gentle. We could not get them to eat from Tristan though, I guess they aren't used to little guys.
