Well this is a picture overload... I took over 400 hundred pictures in NYC... so here just a few of my favorites, and the ones I thought turned out well.
NEW YORK CITY.... I am so excited. A friend has taken care of an elderly lady here in AZ, that lives in NY for 6 months, and here for 6 months. She gave her a round trip ticket to fly with her back to NY for a week. Carolyn has nobody to do things with and was begging for anyone to come to NY to do things with... so joking around I told her I would put in a cheap price on priceline and see what happened... Well it happened, so Hollie and I are going on quick trip to New York, we leave tomorrow (Sunday) and come back on Wednesday.... I am so dang stoked to go there. It has been on my list of things to do for years... and it is happening.... Oh, and I promise to be a good Mom, and not contact Colten who is serving a mission in New Jersey a few miles away.... Yes, I can do it, obedience is a great thing!!!!! Awww.... but I will be so close....but promise to be so far away. I had to post this and read it out loud .. ha ha... Pictures will come when I get back. I am excited, excited, excited to go....

Tristan and I boarded the plane for a fun filled 4 days in Colorado Springs, he loved seeing and playing with his cousins. We had so much fun, of course it would not be a trip with out the zoo.
He just woke up when we landed... he was so sleepy.

THANKS Shelly for asking me to go with you on a all expense paid trip to Vegas. It was fun. Just a quick trip, left on Saturday, came home on Monday afternoon. Shelly does a bit of gambling here in AZ, and gets rooms paid for. So when we checked in at the Rio, they said they only had suites, okay no problem... So they told us we had to use our room key in the elevator to get to the 20th floor....WHAT? So yep, we had a huge 1600 sq foot suite, the kind with a door bell. I was shocked, it was awesome, this room was like what you see in the movies, huge, 2 bathrooms, a bidet, marble floors, full size jacuzzi, and a huge tv that came out of a cabinet, with a remote control. Hum, I don't think I could ever stay in a motel 6 again... But probably will, not enough in the budget for that kind of room. BUT, it was fun for 2 days.
Wow, where has the past 5 years gone? I cannot believe that Gavin is 5 years old. His nick name is Gavi Love, he has always been a sweetie. He is always smiling, he loves to help, and always ready to give you a kiss and hug. Happy Birthday dear Gavin, happy birthday to you!
I am feeling like a lucky Mom, and so blessed for sure! So I got a call on my cell phone, early Sunday morning. It was our former Stake President, President Gulbrandsen (he was the one that set Logan apart for his mission in July 2007) he and his wife were on a cruise in Puerto Rico and were attending church, and yes they picked the Ward that Logan attends. He said Logan was so full of the light of Christ, and looked and sounded awesome. He also sent me a couple of pictures.... Awww I love modern technology. Seems every time I am really missing my boys, I recieve these special tender mercies.

Well I was so excited to have my BFF Cyndi come from Michigan...She is staying a week. I took a few days off work, so we could go to Sedona. Well I had to be downtown Phoenix (Monday) for jury duty selection, of course I was so positive, that my number would be dismissed, and that I would not even have to go, well that was WRONG so I am still thinking that I will show up, and not be picked to even be selected... WRONG. At the end of day, my name was called to go in for the selection process, so of course I tell myself, no problem I will just tell my story, that my BFF is in town, and we are going to Sedona, blah blah, well WRONG again, that didn't work. I get up and tell a few personal things about myself thinking that will do it... WRONG. So long story, Cyndi is in beautiful Sedona,
and I am in the beautiful Superior Court Bldg.
This whole thing is just WRONG! ( I am trying to have a good attitude, being positive that I must need to learn something in this whole process....Still wondering what it is?)
