No,I did not forget Elder Colten Wells

I feel like all the emphasis has been on Logan, with his return and excitement, but we still have the best hardworking missionary in the New Jersey Morristown Mission.... Colten will return in April 2010. I cannot wait. Here are some current pictures. He just sent his memory card home today... It sure makes this Mom happy when I see his face. Oh how I miss him and cannot wait till April 1st. So in about 8 months, 2 weeks and some odd days he will be home. Until then, I hold out for pictures and our Christmas day phone call!

So You Think You Can Dance

So Logan and I drove to Hollywood, we were picked for the taping for the finale, and also got to go to the final show....so exciting. I found smokin deals on Priceline, we stayed at the Roosevelt Hotel....We had to be in line at 10 am on Wednesday for the taping, we were in the Kodak Theatre till 6:00 pm. A long day, but so worth it. We were then given tickets for the finale... Thursday afternoon. It was a great trip, so nice to spend time with Logan for sure. We had so much fun....

And the winner is Jeanine. She was a top favorite of mine thru out the season, so awesome to see her win... Way to go. Can't wait for the season 7, it starts in September....

The countdown is over....

Yep, today is the day.... "well done, my good and faithful servant", Elder Logan Wells is returning from serving in the Puerto Rico San Juan East mission. He is on the plane, left San Juan at 6:00 am, arriving in Atlanta at 9:30, a long layover (3+hours), leaving Atlanta at 1:20, and in Phoenix at 5:17 pm. Why do they make us wait, can't they send them nonstop? Oh my, at least he is on his way home. For that I am grateful!

BINGO

I went to a pampered chef party with the girls at work. They were going to play bingo, and kept begging me to go...Yes, bingo is fun, but I had early church, and..... anyways they convinced me to go, so me the one who never wins at anything... won $600.00 and finally got to yell BINGO!

Oh, and the last game of the evening, Shelly won $300.00 too. Exciting!

In 9 days......

Elder Logan Wells returns from the Puerto Rico San Juan East mission....Now I have been working like crazy to get everything in order for his return. Lots of things to check off the list, and I thought sending him was work? Okay, here is the list... banner made, neds crazy sub, dr's appt for tb test, dentist appt, dr's appt for knee, cell phone, get current tags and insurance on his car, hangers in closet, storage bins out of garage, I am sure there is more.... yikes he will be here before I know it... I cannot wait!

My parents are in Colorado, and so lucky to be visiting Stacey and family!

This is my Madre's pride and joy. Her 1966 Ford mustang. It is all restored, and looks great again. It was in the shop, someone hit her, so they had to fix it. This was the car I drove my senior year of High School, but of course it wasn't restored when I had it... I will have to find a before photo.

Fun at Sun Splash

I met all the girls from work at Sun Splash, these were my "buddies" for the afternoon. So much fun cause they were my speed.... kiddie pool, lazy river, and the beach. Thanks for being my kiddos for the afternoon Tristan, Bray and Adyson!

These are my friends from my old ward... Shelly, Julie, Debbie, (me) Kim and Orean. We don't get together very often, but it is always sooooo much fun to catch up! I miss not being in the same ward and seeing you weekly. Lets do it again soon!

So I have been drooling, dreaming of a LEXUS for years.... Hum, would I ever own a LEXUS, I doubted. So I get a wild hair, decided to take a drive to Superstition Lexus, and take a look. I thought in this economy, maybe a LEXUS would be down in price? Well, when the salesman approached, and showed me the sticker price, and the deals they were making on used ones, and the bottom line, payment, interest..... Well I drove home in my dream SUV, a LEXUS, 2007 RX 350 I am so excited, now I need a "road trip"...
