It was nice to meet Zak and Joshua for dinner at Golden Corral. The both served their missions here in Arizona. Zak is from Wisconsin, and Josh is from Montana. What awesome young men they are.

Happy New Year!
What a great way to bring in Twenty Ten.... I called back in November when the Garth tickets went on sale, and asked for the best available seats on any Saturday 8:30 concert time in the month of January. Hum, when the lady said "front row", that is all I heard... just grab them tickets. It turned out it was Saturday, January 2nd. So Shelly and I boarded a plane, and off we went. It was the best concert ever. Just Garth and his guitar for 90 minutes. Trisha came out and sung a couple of songs with him.. Happy New Year my family and friends!

Christmas in Colorado
Being in Colorado for Christmas, and being with my kids and the grandkiddos was the best! I would have to say the best Christmas in years. We had a great time, dinner was great, yummy hot chocolate, the movie "Princess and the Frog", playing games, looking at deer in the neighborhood, pizza, snow, and shopping. I enjoyed my 6 days and cannot wait to go again in February.

Good-Bye to Carol
My son in laws Mom, Carol Ann Gunter passed away on October 21st. She was a great lady. She left behind 8 children, and lots of grandkids. It was always great to have her in our home for dinner on occasion.
